At ledmaskconcept.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Contact us at contact@ledmaskconcept.shop to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare/LED devices, for hygiene and safety reasons (unless faulty).
Custom or personalized items.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regardless of the policy above. Faulty goods are covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
