Can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@ledmaskconcept.shop as soon as possible during the order processing stage. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email about your order. You can also log into your customer account on ledmaskconcept.shop to check your order status at any time. If payment has been received, the order status will show "Processing".
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. Once we have received your order and payment has cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.
How can I find out the shipping charges?
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Can I send my purchase to a different address as a gift?
Yes, we can ship your order to a different address. Just enter the recipient's details as the shipping address at checkout.
How can I track my shipment?
Once we ship your order, you'll receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number within 24–48 hours by email so you can track your order.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
*If you've just received a shipment notification, please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
Where is my confirmation email?
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our Support team at contact@ledmaskconcept.shop and we'll be glad to assist. Most emails are answered within 1 business day. (It's also worth checking your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails sometimes land there.)
